Your team's phone calls

Read your team's calls. Instead of listening back.

Your people call the way they always have, from any phone. TidyVox records the call, transcribes it and pulls out what was agreed: the meeting, the customer's e‑mail, the promised callback, the incident. The employee approves with one click. You read instead of listening back.

What changes

Six things that stop being a problem.

Quality control without playback

A summary and transcript of every call. Search by phrase: “discount”, “complaint”, “competitor”. An hour of recordings is ten minutes of reading.

Onboarding new hires in a week

A new person reads the best people's calls. You read theirs and comment. After a week you can see in which sentence they lose the customer.

The CRM fills itself. With approval.

Meeting, e‑mail, task, note. A proposal with a quote, one click by the employee. No more filling in from memory on Friday.

Promised callbacks kept

“I'll call Tuesday at 3” becomes a reminder. You see how many promises the team kept and how many slipped.

An e‑mail draft after the call

A summary of what was agreed as a message to the customer, ready to edit and send. The employee sends it, not a robot.

Numbers from calls, not from reports

Calls, meetings booked, callbacks kept, time to note, share of calls with outcomes. Per person, per week.

A day with TidyVox

What it looks like in practice, hour by hour.

1

9:00 · A new hire

Reads five of yesterday's calls by the team's best person. Marks two sentences they want to use themselves.

2

11:30 · A customer call

The customer asks for a call on Tuesday at 3 and gives an e‑mail. After hang‑up the employee has two proposals. Clicks “Approve”. The meeting is in the calendar.

3

14:00 · The manager

Searches “installation price” across the week's calls. Finds three where the team answers differently. Settles on one answer.

4

17:30 · End of day

The panel: 38 calls, 9 meetings booked, 27 of 31 outcomes approved, 92% of callbacks kept. Nobody retyped anything.

What we need from you

Four things to start the pilot.

A number or a line. We provide a new number as part of the service, or you forward an existing one. Employees call through it from mobiles or desks.
A list of employees. Name, e‑mail, phone. Imported from a spreadsheet. No user limit during the pilot.
A recording announcement. We provide legally sound wording, you approve it. The customer hears it at the start of every call.
Calendar and CRM, optionally. Google, Microsoft 365, your own CRM via API. Without integrations the outcomes are still in the panel.

How many calls does your team make a week?

That number is where the pilot conversation starts.
